Moreover, if you want the room but don't want the low gas mileage, the Japanese auto maker is looking to create a new CX variant to market this February. Actually, you are probably already familiar with this model, which is called the Mazda CX-5.  It will come equipped with SKYACTIV technology, which includes a 2.0-liter, four-cylinder, petrol-powered engine expected to deliver 33 miles per gallon (mpg). That's an increase of nine mpg highway over the current Mazda CX-9.
